CONSULTANT’ for one of our client in India.
Our client is into manufacturing of into designing and manufacturing of high-end printed circuit boards and substrates for semiconductors.

Desired skills
– Type of required functional knowledge (depth, breadth):
– ITSM and certified ITIL knowledge (foundation or higher)
– Experience in ServiceNow implementation, including in depth
knowledge of ServiceNow’s functionality, database structure, developer
APIs, development tools and techniques
Job description
– Responsible for design and configuration of ITSM and other solutions
within ServiceNow while driving the overall implementation through to
go-live
– Provide first class customer service to IT internal and external
customers requirements and communication of the same to HO for
development and deliveries to customer
– Lead client workshops to review and capture business requirements
and convert them into technical requirements.
– Work closely with Business Analysts to develop the agreed solutions.
Prepares Training and documentation for the provided solutions to IT
internal tool users as well as IT customers.
