– Planning month on month growth.
– Executing business plan & generating maximum revenue.

Role & responsibilities
– Create weekly lead sources and email campaigning.
– Must have a clear-cut plan to identify the prospect clients in non-IT
Industry
– Improve customer acquisition and retention.
– Work with the team to achieve short- and long-term revenue and
profit growth.
– Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and
timely information to the customers. regarding inquiries such as
services, pricing, quotes and issues/concerns.
– Initiating the business opportunity conversation.
– Positioning company’s service offerings appropriately at C-level,
– Conducted effective outreach activities, including cold calling and
networking, to establish initial contact with potential clients.
– Present tailored solutions, hiring services/needs to the clients.
– Conduct effective outreach and meetings to showcase value.
– Negotiate contracts and terms for mutually beneficial agreements.
– Monitor the sales pipeline and exceed targets.
– Foster long-term client relationships based on trust.
– Represent the company at industry events in the region.
– Proactively seek out and target potential clients in the IT/NON
market.
– Employ strategic methods to engage key decision-makers.
– Effectively. present and propose solutions in a compelling manner.
– Conduct meetings and negotiations to ensure client satisfaction.
