Job description

– Overall management of Sales for the Railway (All India Basis), Key
account handling
– Direct communication with customers
– Day to Day interaction with customer, understanding their
requirements and communication of the same to HO for development
and deliveries to customer
-Monitoring payment cycle of the customer
-New Development with existing customers
-New market/customer development of the market
-Customer complaint: Recording and providing solutions for the same
with assistance from Quality Department
-Gathering general market intelligence (customer, competitor, pricing)
and reporting same on monthly basis
-Team Management and motivation to team for better sales realization
