Manage the IQS Develop Team:

– Maintain the stable system of IQS (Structure, Server, Database
Storage and timer, etc.)
– Training and developing the QDM Engineers
– IQS – Integrated Quality System
– PCS – Process Control System
– IQS & PCS are all Java based software, developed by AT&S, for the
products and process control.
– Discuss with internal customer
– Understand the Products & Process, in order to better achieve their
objectives
– Align the Data of Input and Output
– Schedule work plan and finish task on time
– Design UI (User Interface)
– Establish Data Structure and Database
– Realize the logic including data Calculation, Statistical, Exporting
Table & Chart & Report, Workflow, etc
– Continue optimize the performance and functionality of the
software, until satisfied by the internal customer.
– Fast response & urgent support in case production issue requested
by internal customer
– Preparing and developing related help files, develop manuals,
procedures, training documents in order to provide theoretical
support
– Regularly reporting to manager according to the detail task , keep
working direction correctness
– Provide the optimized solutions / suggestion from Quality Control
or Data Statistics to the internal customer, to better achieve the
requirements

Responsibilities/Skills

– BS (Bachelor Degree) in Computer Science, Software engineering
is preferred
– Other degree in Mathematics, Automation, Electrical & Electronics
Engineering or similar Optional, if Java skill is strong enough
– > 3 years’ experience in Java.
– Familiar with Java structure in manufacturing industry, 3~5 Design
Modes.
– Experience working with RDMS, such as MS SQL Server, MySQL,
etc.
– Optional: Experience in development of web based applications
– Excellent organizational time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
– Good knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
– PMP (Project Management) or GB (Green Belt) or Statistics Skill is
Preferred.
– English Communication fluent in writing and in oral
