Desired skills

– Relevant Experience: At least 5 years as a Quality Manager in
Semi-Conductor or PCB Industry.
– Achievement of quantified yearly targets.
– Represent and promote customer requirements.
– Continuous improvement of the process within the plant
organization
– Ensure that processes needed for the QMS are established,
implemented, maintained, and improved.
– Following requirements and standards stated in the in the
IATF16949/ISO 9000
– Set up and establishing full quality functions Quality Engineering
team, Metrology team, Lab (Chemical, P&R Lab, and MAL), QMS, QDM,
Support BU function group: Customer &Supplier Quality Team
– Deploy Cost Awareness within the Quality team track and reduce
the Cost of Quality without risking a performance loss of the product.
– Hire and ensure the training of the team, so they can fulfil their
responsibilities.
– Represent the plant to the customers/3rd party certification
agencies in all quality related aspects (audits, complaints, support
requests, etc.)
– Strategic development of the QM-system of the plant and the BU
Monitor conformance with quality standards and procedures and initiate
all necessary actions to prevent nonconformities of products, processes
and QMS.
– 1st level decision about block/release/rework/scrap in case of
potential product deviations (BU head to be notified based on risk level)
– Develop and Deploy Advanced Quality Tools via BU CIP team. (E.g.
Analysis tools, Statistics)
– Implement Product and Process Data Management system via
system (IQS/MES) and set up internal and customer reporting
