Main Objectives:

– To penetrate business in respective market and increase sales
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue
growth.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing
their needs and ensuring satisfaction

Specific Tasks:

– To perform as per sales target given.
– To achieve the general and specific objectives of turnover.
– To increase our customer base and gives sales and marketing
support to fabricators.
– To build up a strategic network of fabricators / customers.
– To promote company and the products of the company.
– To ensure proper Showroom display for Partners.
– Market analysis – in connection with the assistance of the
Marketing Department.
– To represent company at trade fairs and exhibitions.
– To execute correctly and on time every task emanating from his
field of responsibility and market penetration.
– Visiting customers and support them for questions regarding
profine product range.
– Create turnover and achieve sales volume and price targets agreed
upon.
– To schedule business calls and itineraries and keep the reporting
manager informed about them.
– Business calls, presentation of product line and follow up of
valuable contacts
– To develop sales strategies concerning his sales area.
– To keep informed about offers, success rate, claims and everything
related to his field of action.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer
preferences.
– Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for
expansion.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and
product development.
– To generate project enquiries and meeting architects & builders
and close follow-up with valuable leads.

Background Professional:

– Fenestration Industry (system door and window companies, With
aluminum fabrication companies or system companies –
Schuco/Reyners/Aluke etc door and
– Strong communication, and negotiation skills.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
– Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
