Job description

– Overall management of Sales for the Automotive (All India Basis),
Key account handling.
– Direct communication with customers – Day to Day interaction
with customer, understanding their requirements and communication of
the same to HO for development and deliveries to customer.
– Monitoring payment cycle of the customers.
– New Development with existing customers.
– New market/customer development of the region.
– Customer complaint: Recording and providing solutions for the
same with assistance from Quality Department.
– Gathering general market intelligence (customer, competitor,
pricing) and reporting same on monthly basis to HO.
