Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Civil / Post Graduate degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

Experience
8+ Years’ of working experience in Technical Sales.

Job description

– Responsible for sales- South Zone
– Proper handling of sales enquiries, calls and reply to customers.
– Quote submission, Negotiation and closing the deal.
– To ensure the repeated business from key customer accounts
– Training to sales officers of Distribution accounts
– To keep the track of all important infra projects
– To discuss and prepare the quarterly sales forecast.
– To co-ordinate with all concerned departments from the releasing the
order till getting the payment
– To maintain existing client relationships by providing creative solutions.
– Maintains accurate and organized documentation on all clients and
prospects.
– Extensive understanding of the local market and deep penetration for
increasing sales irrespective of small, medium and large accounts.
– Prepare reports/trackers for the various activities involved in achieving the
sales plan.
– Good in understanding the market and competitor trends and accordingly
drive plans to increase sales revenues
– Monitor sales cycles and collection of payment.
– Monitor sales follow-up regularly, talking to colleagues and customers and
aiming towards early closure.
– After Sales Support, Handling queries related to After Sales Service in line
with company policy and coordinate with the related departments
– Prepare and present sales report to managementon cross-functional team
activities to support organizational goals
– Achieve growth and hit sales targets
– Excellent in coaching and performance monitoring of distribution accounts
– Knowledge or experience of the fastener industry and products will be
added advantage with Sound Experience in handling B2B sales or from the
manufacturing Industry • Developing and maintaining strong working
relationships with clients to create a partnership that yields success,
results, and credibility
– Ready to travel across the zone- minimum 8-10 days outstation travelling
in a month
– To follow ethical sales practices
