Position Summary:
About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to strengthen our delivery team in India. This is a hybrid role combining project management, technical implementation, and customer relationship management, focused on delivering airport technology projects in India.
You will manage multiple smaller projects in parallel while actively contributing to system implementation and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience during and after project delivery.
Your Responsibilities
– Manage multiple small to mid-size projects with ownership of timelines and quality
– Act as a key point of contact for customers during delivery and post go-live phase
– Coordinate internal teams, customers, and external partners support and execute technical implementations (e.g. system setup and configuration)
– Handle day-to-day technical questions and proactively manage customer expectations
– Drive project meetings, status tracking, and documentation
– Contribute to post-go-live support and continuous improvements
– Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required
– Coordinate and manage subcontractors (e.g. installation partners)
Your Profile
– 2–4 years of experience in project management or technical project environments
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
– Strong execution mindset with a structured, hands-on working style
– Basic technical understanding of: Networks and IT systems
– APIs (REST, OAuth basics)
– Data and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel)
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
– Ability to manage customer expectations and handle escalations effectively
– Fluent in English (spoken and written)
