Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join our Digital Transformation & Technology Delivery Center in Gurgaon. You will design, – develop, and optimize enterprise Odoo solutions for ALTIOS. This is a hands-on, technical role with clear ownership—you will own modules end to-end (design → development → testing → deployment), architect API integrations, and mentor junior developers. You will report to the VP Technology and work in a collaborative, consulting-driven environment where your technical excellence directly enables internal success and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Module Engineering| 55% | Design & develop custom Odoo. – modules; customize core modules (Sales, Accounting, Invoicing, CRM, Timesheets); implement complex business logic; write clean, – maintainable code
– API Integration & Architecture | 10% | Architect REST API – integrations; connect Odoo to external systems (payment gateways, – shipping, legacy ERP, CRM); design secure, scalable API solutions; handle – data mapping & transformation
– Database Optimization| 20% | Optimize PostgreSQL queries; – design efficient indexing; tune performance; manage database scaling; – support data migrations & integrity |
– Upgrades & Maintenance | 10% | Lead Odoo version migrations – manage patches & updates; troubleshoot production issues
