– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field
– 3+ years of experience in strategic and operational sourcing or procurement in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
– Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in procurement software and tools, preferably in D365
– Knowledge of contract law, procurement policies, and supplier management practices
– Experience with international sourcing and global supplier management.
Job description
– Guarantee availability of products for the local demand
– Establish direct sourcing from existing global suppliers
– Identify and evaluate new suppliers in India
– Negotiate long-term agreements and contracts to secure competitive pricing and quality -Monitor supplier performance and develop improvement plans when necessary
– Collaborate with the global Supply Chain Management organization in Switzerland to define requirements, incl. product specifications
– Continued maintenance and enhancement of D365 ERP System -Support sustainability, compliance, and risk management initiatives within the supply chain
