ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for Sales Director who is strategic and operational leader responsible for driving regional sales growth, translating global strategy into execution, and building a high-performance, customer-centric sales organization.

The role combines P&L ownership, market strategy, leadership, and key account management, with a strong focus on sales excellence, digital tools (CRM), and structured performance management.

P&L Ownership & Growth

 Full responsibility for regional revenue, profitability, and forecasting
 Deliver sales targets and support ambition of 20–30% growth in normal market conditions
 Manage pricing decisions within defined frameworks Team Leadership & Capability Building
 Lead and develop Area Sales Managers, sales teams, and agent networks
 Build a high-performance sales culture through coaching and competency development
 Define team structure and strengthen regional sales capabilities

Sales Excellence & Performance Management
 Drive sales funnel and pipeline management discipline
 Ensure CRM adoption, transparency, and data-driven decision-making
 Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and market intelligence

Customer & Key Account Management
 Lead strategic customer relationships and key deals
 Develop strong customer-centric engagement models
 Strengthen long-term partnerships and improve customer experience

Cross-Functional Collaboration

 Work closely with Marketing, Service, R&D, and Supply Chain
 Provide input for campaigns, product development, and local market needs

Qualifications:

o Bachelor’s degree in one of:
 Textile Engineering / Textile Technology
 Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
 Industrial Engineering

Candidate should have 20+ years in technical B2B sales, with a strong base in textile machinery or adjacent sectors like textile machinery, industrial automation or capital equipment, combined with leadership experience and proven revenue ownership.
