Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Lead Generation / Pre-sales Executive to support our business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential client leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for desk research, initiating contact with potential customers, understanding their business needs, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role is crucial building a strong sales pipeline and expanding our customer base.
Major Responsibilities:
– Research, identify, and qualify new leads through online research, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), cold calling, and email campaigns.
– Generate high-quality leads to support the sales team’s outreach efforts.
– Build and maintain a database of potential clients, tracking all interactions and outcomes in CRM systems
– Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social platforms to introduce the company’s services and value proposition.
– Set up meetings, client discovery calls.
– Follow up on marketing campaigns, webinar attendees, or website inquiries to convert interest into leads.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to improve messaging and lead targeting.
– Track metrics such as lead conversion rates, outreach success, and appointment-setting ratios to continually refine the approach.
– Collaborate with eco-system partners: participate in events, regular 1:1 meetings to build relationships to generate business opportunities for M+V Altios
– Exhibitions: Identify, profile, and reach out to companies from target markets (countries), arrange meetings, participate in joint meetings, do follow ups to generate leads.

Qualifications:
– BBA / MBA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

– Proficiency in CRM tools
– Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
– Research-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
