-This role acts as a bridge between field installation teams and expert-level support teams, ensuring the system is correctly configured and ready for operation. Complex
issues will be escalated to the expert group.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Airline/Aviation industry operations.

Desired skills
– Basic understanding of IT systems and cloud platforms (logging in, configuring settings, navigating platforms).
– Experience with web-based configuration interfaces — no programming, but comfort with parameter setting.
– Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms (log issues, update tickets, track progress).
– Strong attention to detail and process compliance.
– Ability to compare real-time data to CAD layouts for positioning and coverage validation.
– Basic troubleshooting mindset — able to investigate, test, and logically document findings.
– Strong documentation skills to ensure clear communication with remote expert teams.
– Basic English skills (for Jira tickets, internal documentation, and customer facing notes).
Job description
– You will manage existing customer accounts and acquire new customers. Application & System Setup
– Access the sensor system’s cloud platform or local application interface.
– Perform the initial configuration of the measurement system, including:
– Setting basic parameters (zone definitions, sensor connections, floor points).
– Linking sensors into multi-sensor networks.
– Checking and saving system settings according to project templates.
– Perform initial setup of customer dashboards, ensuring correct data feeds and layout.
– Initial Validation & Quality Check
– Conduct a first round of accuracy checks, ensuring
– Sensor coverage is complete.
– Compare live data to expected movement patterns to detect obvious issues.
– Complete initial setup checklist and document results.
– First-Level Troubleshooting
– When sensors or applications show errors, perform basic troubleshooting, such as:
– Ensuring sensors are correctly linked in the system.
– Escalate complex issues to the expert support group, while documenting findings and initial steps taken.
– Explain the basic working principles to the customer (if needed), helping them understand how the system counts and tracks passengers.
– Documentation & Handover
– Document all configuration steps, validation results, and identified issues.
– Ensure all system settings and initial validation documents are handed over to the expert team for deeper analysis and optimization.
– Assist the expert team with follow-up data or screenshots if needed.
