Our purpose is to help our customers to make their application more safe, efficient, and environmental friendly (e.g. by the fulfillment of the TA-Luft). Since 20+ years we offer valves supporting the media hydrogen. Our portfolio is suitable for up to 100% hydrogen service.
On top, we support the digitalization of the process industry e.g. by our IEC 61406 compatible Digital Valve Plate which provides easy access to technical product information. VDI 2770 and CFIHOS compatibility is under progress. Furthermore, we are working on a dynamic solution – the so-called Digital Valve Kit. The DVK provides plant operators with remote access and remote control, health status indication and maintenance request. The system is compliant with all industry-relevant standards.

Looking for an efficient Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to design, optimize and maintain the production process to maximize Efficiency, Quality & Safety while Reducing costs. The role demands cross-functional collaboration, troubleshooting Production bottlenecks, Developing Workflow layouts, support new product launches and data-driven decision-making to ensure all products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Roles and Responsibilities::
-Able to Analyze workflow, layout, and production data to improve efficiency and reduce waste (Lean, Six Sigma).
-Able to Design, source, install, and troubleshoot manufacturing tools, fixtures, and machinery.
-Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process instructions, and quality report.
-Diagnoses and resolving daily production line issues, providing technical support to operations.
-Preparing Workplan / Routing steps, Creating BOMs, perform Scheduling in ERP system.
-Provide technical support on the production floor to troubleshoot assembly and testing problems, Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process sheets, and work instructions.
-Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Lean Manufacturing.
-Able to Calculate Costs & Lead time with the data in ERP / working with procurement team.
-Plan & work to improve KPIs like Safety, Cycle time reduction, Defect reduction.
-Support Quality team in handling Audits / resolving Customer complaints & documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
-Machining, Assembly & testing of valves.
-Working knowledge of Manufacturing processes, CAD software and Production planning software (ERP).
-Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience:
-Background in Valve / Oil & Gas sector or Precision Manufacturing.
-Knowledge in NDT / Machining / Welding / Costing / Lean Manufacturing.
