Qualifications:
– A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or similar technical background.
– Minimum 15 years’ management experience from technical sales and sales management (at least 10 years with P&L accountability).
– Minimum 5 years’ experience from industrial automation or related industries.
– Proven success in sales, sales management and business development.
– Intrinsically motivated with lots of drive and positive energy (doing mentality).
– High commercial skills and mindset with a good idea of the Indian market and customers.
– Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing in English.
