ABOUT THE ROLE
The Site Leader – Head of Software & IT Hub India is responsible for establishing, leading and continuously developing client’s Software & IT Hub in India.
This role combines strategic leadership, engineering excellence, operational management and people development. The successful candidate will build a scalable engineering organization that supports client’s global product development and enterprise IT landscape while fostering innovation, ownership and collaboration. The Site Leader will act as the primary leadership interface between India and Germany and will play a key role in shaping client’s future software capabilities.

Strategic Leadership
– Establish and develop the Software & IT Hub India as a strategic global engineering competence center.
– Develop and execute the Hub strategy aligned with client’s global Software & IT roadmap.

Software Engineering Leadership

Product & Software Development
-Ensure the development, implementation and quality assurance of software requirements.
