Experience
4-6 Years’ working experience
Desired skills
– Proficiency in understanding of Electronic PCBs and programming languages.
– Experience with customer-facing technical roles, preferably as Field Application Engineering.
– Ability to travel frequently to customer locations for on-site support.
– Experience in working with CBRN Products is preferred.
Job description
– Serve as the primary technical point of contact for our clients for product inquiries and application-related support.
– Provide expert guidance on the integration, functionality, and optimization of Chemical and Biological Detectors within customer applications.
– Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and applicability of Chemical and Biological Detectors.
– Develop and deliver customer training sessions and workshops to ensure effective product utilization and performance.
– Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
– Assist in the creation of technical proposals and application notes to support sales initiatives.
– Follow up on sales and assist customers with product installation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
– Address and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
