ABOUT THE ROLE
The client is seeking a motivated and analytical Data Analyst / Data Scientist to join its growing team in Bangalore. The role focuses on data analysis, process automation, digital solutions, and data management initiatives supporting international energy-sector projects.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Analyze, validate, and manage large datasets from multiple sources.
– Develop Python scripts for data processing, automation, and workflow optimization.
– Support process improvement initiatives through digital solutions and automation.
– Create reports, dashboards – Power Bi (knowledge in other tools could be a plus) and analytical outputs for project stakeholders.
– Manage and maintain information within SharePoint shared spaces and collaboration platforms.
– Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are maintained.
– Collaborate with international teams and support long-term client projects.
– Document workflows, methodologies, and best practices.
– Contribute to long-term client engagements in the energy domain.
Desired Skills
– Experience with SQL and database management.
– Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.

– Familiarity with workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives.
– Exposure to cloud-based data environments is an advantage.

– Excellent verbal and written English – communication skills (mandatory).
