Job/Role Description:
• In charge of India region (Mainly Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi etc.)
• Responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales for our valve products within assigned regions.
• This role requires technical knowledge of industrial valves and strategic selling skills.
Major Tasks:
• Developing sales in the market ensures attainment of company`s sales goals and profitability.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in industrial markets (e.g. oil & gas, power, nuclear, petrochemical)
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and end-users
• Present technical proposals and negotiate deals in coordination with internal engineering and commercial teams
• Conduct on-site customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions
• Track market developments, competition, and emerging customer needs
• Collaborate with the internal sales team on quotation, bidding, and certification requirements
• Achieve sales targets and contributing to strategic growth initiatives
• Weekly reporting to Sales Director.
• To sell and promote Company Products profitably within the Company guidelines.
• To ensure total customer satisfaction.
• To visit customers to introduce company and products.
• Enquiry handling – Technical and commercial interpretation, costing/pricing, quotation generation.
• To obtain and maintain a thorough knowledge of Company Sales Policies and implement these policies with maximum efficiency.
• To liaise closely with the Company’s Sales organization, both internally and externally, to ensure the achievement of both sales and Company objectives.
• To take full advantage of the Company Sales Department promotional and training facilities in Germany & Dubai, ensuring that the maximum benefit is obtained from these;
• To follow up all quotes/enquiries.
• To help in documentation to register with our company, at all major EPCs and end users.
• Building working relationships with the relevant external sales personnel, internal spares, service and technical departments, agents and associate companies.
• Additional hours may be required to be worked
