-Lead the effective deployment and adoption of the Company’s digital engineering ecosystem, including SolidWorks Professional, PDM, Composer, Inspection and SIMULIA for finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics, kinematic simulation and design validation.
-Institutionalize structured design reviews, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), Design for Reliability (DFR), Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA), engineering change management and product validation methodologies.
-Lead the architecture, design and development of advanced mechanical and electro-mechanical products, including telescopic masts, pan-tilt systems, tripods, positioners and integrated tactical platforms.
