ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Sales Manager. This position requires a unique combination of engineering expertise and business acumen. The candidate will leverage their Engineering background to understand application, product design, functionality, and technical specifications of castor wheels, as well as to identify business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Preferred if having experience in selling to Healthcare OEMs, AGV/ AMR and Automotive intralogistics.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or engineering background.

– Demonstrated experience in, or a strong interest in, sales, business development, or marketing for industrial products, ideally including castor wheels or related components.
– Strong understanding of mechanical products and industrial specifications.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to analyze market data and create actionable business strategies.
– Competence in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting software.
