ABOUT THE ROLE

Other Skills:

– Candidate should be able to handle HR payroll system of total employees strength of 1200 to 1500 nos
– Candidate should have good exposure to handle employee’s total day to day
– Payroll Management: – Manage end-to-end payroll for 1200-1500 employees, ensuring accuracy and Compliance
– Supervise team during peak periods.
– Generate and present client MIS reports, including variance analysis and CTC
– Reconciliation – Drive process improvements for payroll and reporting
– Ensure timely processing of Full & Final Settlements
– Oversee tax calculations, TDS returns, and Form 16 distribution
– Maintain payroll data integrity and balance sheet reconciliations
– Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, – Labor Welfare Fund)
– Resolve client escalations and technical issues related to HR/Payroll platforms – (GreytHR & Pay pack)
– Client & External Coordination

Job Responsibilities:

– Maintain client communication for data gathering and approvals.
– Resolve client escalations and technical issues related to HR/Payroll platforms – (GreytHR & Pay pack).
– Coordinate with external agencies (ESIC, EPFO) for compliance
– Collaboration & Knowledge – Collaborate with internal departments for data sharing
– Stay updated on payroll regulations and share updates with the team.
– Resolve employee payroll queries
