ABOUT THE ROLE
To build and run an AI-driven digital marketing engine for a high technology engineering manufacturing company.
The role focuses on creating deep technical content, product communication, website authority and LinkedIn thought leadership using modern AI tools — not traditional advertising or sales support.
This is a builder + operator role, not a coordination role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
AI-Driven Technical Content Creation
• Create high-quality technical articles, application notes, case studies and whitepapers using AI tools
• Convert internal engineering knowledge into credible marketing narratives
• Draft and continuously update product datasheets, catalogues, brochures and capability documents
• Develop structured newsletter and outreach content
Website Authority & SEO Content Engine
• Regularly publish new technical pages on WordPress website
• Improve product positioning through problem-solution engineering content
• Work with AI SEO tools to improve global discoverability and search rankings
• Maintain visual and content consistency across product verticals
LinkedIn Thought Leadership Execution
• Work closely with leadership to develop weekly technical thought leadership posts
• Create supporting graphics, diagrams, short technical explainers and visual storytelling assets
• Analyse engagement data to identify industry and geography interest signals
Engineering Visual Communication
• Convert CAD renders and technical inputs into clean marketing visuals
• Design datasheet layouts, comparison charts and product highlight graphics
• Support trade show and presentation visual content preparation
AI Knowledge Base Development
• Organise legacy proposals, reports, manuals and product documentation into an AI-searchable knowledge repository
• Use AI tools to extract insights and generate structured marketing content
• Continuously refine AI prompts and workflows to improve output quality
Marketing Intelligence & Reporting
• Track website traffic trends, keyword signals and content performance
• Provide periodic insights on emerging markets, industry engagement and product interest trends
• Support leadership with concise digital visibility dashboards
Required Skills:
Technical Foundation
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, structures, or industrial products
• Ability to quickly grasp engineering concepts and communicate them clearly
AI & Digital Tools Orientation
• Strong hands-on interest in AI content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
