Job description
– Lead, mentor, and manage the onsite software development team.
– Act as the key link between developers, the remote IT Director, and senior management.
– Ensure on-time project delivery, scope adherence, and alignment with budget.
– Track and maximise developer utilisation for full productivity.
– Use Jira (or similar tools) for sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery tracking.
– Monitor and maintain CI/CD pipelines; work with DevOps for smooth deployments.
– Resolve team conflicts, keep morale high, and maintain a collaborative culture.
– Maintain up-to-date documentation for processes and systems.
