Position Summary:
As a Senior SAP MM Consultant, you will play a key role in driving digital innovation and supporting global business processes through advanced SAP Materials Management solutions. The role is ideal for a passionate IT professional with 7–10 years of SAP MM implementation experience, particularly in manufacturing industry contexts and European projects. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP MM project life cycles, from design and configuration to go-live and postimplementation support. The position involves close collaboration with global stakeholders to ensure solution excellence across procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes. You should have hands-on experience in 2–3 full life-cycle implementations (ASAP methodology), including blueprinting, realization, testing (unit, UAT, and integration), final preparation, documentation, data migration, and go-live support. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
• Lead end-to-end SAP MM full-cycle implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Provide comprehensive support and continuous improvement of the SAP logistics system landscape with a focus on SAP MM/SCM, including customization and optimization.
• Conduct process analysis, develop and implement effective solution concepts, and work closely with business teams and the SAP department in Germany.
• Configure and customize SAP MM functionalities to meet business requirements, leveraging S/4HANA capabilities such as Fiori UI, embedded analytics, and simplified data models.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with SD, PP, FI, and TM modules.
• Participate in functional workshops and prepare project documentation such as BPDs, FDDs, FSDs, and WRICEFs.
• Manage SIT/UAT testing, issue resolution, and go-live activities ensuring smooth deployment.
• Provide expertise in data migration and conversion, ensuring accurate transition to SAP S/4HANA.
• Lead or participate in sub-projects within large-scale, international SAP initiatives.
• Build innovative business solutions for internal process teams, ensuring system scalability and performance.
• Work in an international, agile, and multi-functional environment, collaborating with distributed teams across regions.
• Maintain a strong customer focus, ensuring regular engagement and effective communication with business stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct user training sessions for SAP logistics and MM key users to promote knowledge transfer and adoption

Skills/Competencies:
• Strong SAP MM configuration and customization expertise.
• Knowledge of Material Ledger, Master Data, and data migration processes.
• Integration skills across modules: SD, PP, FICO, EWM, andTransportation Management (TM).
• Familiarity with Variant Configuration (AVC, VC,PVC)&SAP CPQ.
• Exposure to ABAP development for functional specifications and technical collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and consulting skills.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills, including experience with European clients.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master s is a plus).
• 7 -10 years of hands-on SAP MM experience in SAP ECC
• In-depth understanding of logistics, manufacturing integration, procurement, inventory management, and supply chain flows.
• Good understanding of VAT and Intracommunity trade processes in Europe and their integration with Finance.
• Familiarity with embedded TM and transport processes.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP MM project life cycles, including blueprinting, realization, testing, training, data migration, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Working knowledge of agile development methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban/Devops )
Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion projects.
Experience working in global or multi-country rollouts.
