• Implementation of the HMIS and VC strategy, achievement of HMIS corporate goals; ensuring BSC goals in technical customer service Main
Tasks/responsibilities:
• Head of the local HMIS/VC/TCS department
• Technical and commercial management of HMIS projects
• Interface between HMIS-EHQ and EDE/EDE sales force and KAMs
• Interface between PAM/EHQ and EDE
• AD Technical support for HMIS employees both internally and at customer sites
• Technical and commercial liaison with customers; active business development in the HMIS and VC area with EDE Sales
• Technical support for customer service with necessary technical clarifications that go beyond catalog goods
• Selection of local suppliers and handling of local HMIS projects
• Technical support for customer service (key account support)
Tasks:
• Independent processing of HMIS projects in their entirety
• Leading the HMIS & VC team
• Visiting customers to provide complex technical advice, either independently or together with AD/BD (Field Sales and/or Business Development)
• Documentation and testing in accordance with QA
• Preparation of technical documentation (drawings)
• Communication with HMIS department EHQ and local suppliers
• Entering relevant data into SFDC
• Entering HMIS orders in Oracle
• Point of contact for all technical questions in HMIS and VC
• Ensuring the competence of relevant HMIC/S employees in the railway sector
• Ensuring that all product information is passed on from EHQ to MA EDE and acting as a contact person for queries
• Providing HMIS-relevant figures for the remuneration system
• Preparing internal reports according to specifications (T-HMIS report)
• Collaborating on the development of advertising measures
• Stand service at trade fairs
• Responsibility for sales and margins in the HMIS area
• Participation in internal and external training courses as specified by sales management
• AD Joint customer visits with the sales manager by arrangement; customer presentations and participation in other marketing activities
• Customer consulting for the Business Development/KCB group
• Conducting internal training courses
• Special responsibilities and duties
• Fulfillment of the tasks specified for the position in the QM system
• Use of MS Office
• Use of CRM software
• Use of CAD Solid Edge software
• Use of Eagle software
