We’re proud to have unveiled our 8th VDMA–M+V Altios report, “Future-Ready Workforce 2025,” at the 14th VDMA India Mechanical Engineering Summit in Bangalore by Manish Dwivedi – an event that brought together over 250+ CXOs from German manufacturing companies shaping India’s industrial growth story.

Drawing insights from 70+ global/SMEs VDMA member companies, the report explores how organisations are building future-ready capabilities, bridging the skill gap, and creating a sustainable talent engine for Industry 4.0.

#3 key findings that stood out:

Key Findings

2. Only 37% believe their teams are fully ready for hashtagIndustry4_0 technologies.
3. Over 60% invest less than 25% of their training budgets in future-focused skills.
