– Strong knowledge of Industrial, environment and Labour Laws, KYC, AML, PMLA, and other applicable regulations
– Experience with compliance monitoring tools, risk assessments, and internal controls.
– Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Job description
– Compliance Monitoring and Testing
– Design, implement, and execute regular compliance monitoring programs aligned with internal risk assessments and regulatory requirements.
– Identify gaps, risks, and control weaknesses through periodic reviews and recommend corrective actions.
– Conduct thematic reviews on high-risk areas and report findings to senior management with actionable remediation plans. Track and follow up on the implementation of audit and regulatory findings.
Regulatory Compliance & Coordination
– Liaise with regulatory bodies/authorities and external stakeholders for queries, audits, and inspections
– Interpret and stay abreast of applicable laws, regulations (e.g., PMLA, Industrial and Labour Laws, SEBI, RBI guidelines, etc.), and industry best practices affecting companies.
– Assist in maintaining and updating internal compliance policies, SOPs, and manuals.
– Support implementation of new regulatory changes and conduct training to disseminate the same across teams. KYC & Customer Onboarding
– Oversee and ensure proper execution of Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for all new customer onboarding across business vertical.
