Job description

– Develop and implement a national sales strategy for refurbished capital equipment, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives.
– Identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to position the company’s products effectively.
– Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve growth and profitability goals.
– Lead, motivate, and manage a national sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales objectives.
– Conduct regular performance reviews, ensure alignment with company targets, and provide coaching for team development.
– Foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and customer centricity within the sales team.
– Identify and develop new business opportunities within key market segments, including potential customers, distributors, and partners.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients, decision makers, and stakeholders to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
– Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions.
