Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Minimum 6-8 years of SAP MM experience with 2 end-to-end implementation as well as support projects. At least one S/4 HANA Greenfield or Brownfield implementation.
  • Strong understanding of the business concepts, solution capabilities and business process configuration in the Materials Management module.

  • Experience in Master data setup for Material Master, Vendor Master, Plant and valuation area, Purchase Organization, Pricing Procedure, incoterms etc.
  • Knowledge and experience in handling Warehouse Management processes like Storage Bin management, Planning and Monitoring, Stock transfer and replenishment via WM, Putaway and Pickup strategies and Inventory Management. Experience of Extended Warehouse Management would be advantageous.
  • Integration of MM and WM with QM, PP, SD, FI and CO modules.

Person Specification
‚ÄĘ Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in managing plant HR activities.
‚ÄĘ Experience of working and negotiating with labor unions.
‚ÄĘ Successful track record working in manufacturing environments with union and non-union work forces.
‚ÄĘ Demonstrate good inter-personal skills with cross functional areas.
‚ÄĘ Proactive approach in handling the Industrial Relations in the factory.
