An American manufacturer of off highway and specialty vehicle drive train systems and components for vehicles and equipment used in agriculture, construction, forestry, aircraft ground support, material handling, military and mining application. Collaborated with an Indian Partner (a large engineering services provider) for various outsourced services like design, failure analysis etc. and for new products.
Lack of complete control over the India business operations led to project delays and over shooting of expenses which was a major concern for the company. This lack of control also led to plausible attrition of engineers extensively trained by the company and no growth.

Operations in India added significant value to the head office and the company decided to increase the India team size by approximately 50% in 2 years. The company has full control over employees and deadline of the projects. Established a small assembly plant.
